yeah it's short, and yeah it's smexy, but it's also a really great story. i could really feel for the guy's unrequited feelings, of loving so hard that he keeps coming back every year just for brief experiences. and that last page just. umf. punched me in the heart.

The art is the usual for Hideyoshico, spare and scratchy but somehow pretty. It's still a mystery for me how she can show so many expressions on characters' faces using only few lines and dots. Moreover they seem to be carelessly thrown onto the paper. Also the plot seems to be created from words that were said without care. But the main character is a man of a few words so it's not that simple. More important here is what wasn't said at all. Sounds like fun, right?

In general it's not that complicated since it's a one shot with limited space. The pace is good, same goes for the storytelling (there's a small surprise), there's chemistry and tension between those guys and everything in just right amount. And there's a lot of hot kinky sex. I really like this story, it's entertaining. But if you suck at reading between the lines and prefer to have all the explanations on a silver plate then look for another manga.

its a 9 because I love HIdeyoshico's works its not a 10 because its a oneshot and I want more.
it depends to people how they take story lines like this but for me its kind of deep for a oneshot. You're curious whats the past and what they did

when they are far away from each other this is why I like Hideyoshico's works because its not just a typical yaoi story line but how she execute everything is great.

This is the hottest work I've read from Hideyoshico so far, and despite all else I Love it! I just love sensei's artwork so much ever since I first knew of her. Not only is it so pretty to look at it's also full of personality, almost like it has a voice on its own. And when it's combined with good, expressive smut it's truly a bliss. Even with the steam alone this one-shot would have already got me, but I actually care for the characters to quite an extent. We haven't got a chance to fully know them better but with what's presented I must say I've become quite intrigued with their story.

--- it's really just that, haha. I wasn't expecting so much smut though (guess I should have read the tags first). There's not much going on really, plus neither of the characters presented are given any kind of development at all, which works -- nonetheless, for the kind of line we're attaining at. You still get to glimpse some of Hideyoshico-sensei's true skills as a storyteller and an artist though, and it was still interesting enough for you to want some kind of a sequel to come out it. A solid 6.5 🙂

It was okay. An explicit way to the time. It was kind of like a slice of their life (not that I mean slice of life). Not much substance, which is why I give it a 7/10

Artwork is clean with very little toning (god I hate it when there is too much toning), but it is almost sketch-like.
