Considering the title and the MCs origins this is a very lackluster manhwa. Frankly this is the definition of being catfished. I really wanted to believe this could be better but after reaching chapter 48 I am done. Read at your own peril but I give this warning. If you expect some bad ass MC, interesting characters, and don’t want nonsense plot devices that milk chapters you are going to be disappointed. But maybe I’ll be wrong and by chapter 100 this will be decent. Though I’ll be surprised if this lasts that long before the translator or author drops it.

Frankly the ratings this has are way too generous in my opinion….

Don’t listen to the negative nancys/naysayers. If you like seeing someone reincarnated start from scratch and learn from there, then you’d like this developing MC.

I read till chapter 42/latest update, so that's pretty far in my opinion.

The first thing I have to say about this one is to ignore the title, the most common complain in the comments was that the MC is not overbearing nor is he a tyrant, and it's true. Thing is the title can be translated in several ways and maybe "overbearing tyrant" just misses the authors original intention. If one reads it as "an overpowering Lord" or "Lord of Power" that's other possible translation (according to MTL, I don't know Korean), then you won't be as disappointed.

That aside, the story is pretty cliche, but what story isn't in manhwa, problem is the author tries to mix sci-fi and fantasy but it's done a but clumsily, the first chapter makes things weirder in part because it's too short of an intro and in part because it's soon forgotten. I'm assuming the two story-lines will intersect at some point or he'll go back to the future, otherwise it just complicates things (thou it also justifies the MC's battle and leadership experience). After the first 10 chapters or so in which the MC is very weak and knows nothing of the world or even how to read the common language, the story plays out more like a state management story, there are a few fights, but it ain't the focus nor the strength of the manhwa imo.

As for the MS, he's as said, not what the title says, he's more of a good fellow, thou he does get angry and kill when needed, he gets a few very convenient power ups at the start to put him up to speed and is other than that a rather normal guy with some combat and leadership experience. Many called him dumb and a simp and I can't say I agree thou he is dismissive of others at times but in a clumsy way and since the author doesn't show us his thoughts (as in other stories) he sometimes looks like he's fooling around. There are a few other relevant chars, and all seem decent enough in their char building (even if some are annoying, like the fat guy or the phantom), and some are interesting, like the and the guard captain.

Art is ok, it start quite good and drops in quality, still it's standard (fon manhwa), pace is ok, don't expect fast paced action thou, as said it's focus (for now) is char and state development and some world-building.

Overall I'd say it's decent enough to kill some time and better than several other hyped manhwas going out there, probably because of the flashy fights, but that's just my taste.

The protag is simply a toddler, skip this series

You would think that with all the things going for it, such a series is bound to succeed?
The very synopsis, despite its confusing phrasing basically says that this guy was already a novel protag who dealt with an alien invasion on earth and now he got transmigrated due to that alien tech and is now in a fantasy world.

And that is where the novel begins, because anything that happened before this, is irrelevant.
The protag isn't some battle hardened vet, he's a toddler playing a game. It's like he's playing a game where he is 200% sure he's going to restart later with a fresh slate so for this playthrough he's going to just laze around.
Do people that play games like that actually exist? i'm not even sure.

The fact that he was basically a protagonist even in the previous world? irrelevant. His skills translate to this world? not at all. He doesn't take any situation seriously, so why should the reader do so? There are no stakes. And yes, i know that certain novels/ manga can excel even with that premise that but this is definitely not it.

The art doesn't particularly help either. While yes it is definitely above average as far as just the looks and still images go, the artist is probably more suited to draw a shoujo rather than an action manga. The action scenes have zero sense of depth or purpose, strikes carry no weight and there is no sense of 3d space / positioning or anything.

The protag at one moment acts really panicked that his territory is on the brink of a rebellion but the next moment he's like alright i'll deal with it later, time to dance now....
You might think i'm joking but i'm literally not. That's how little urgency there is in the manhwa.

He trains the bare minimum not because he realizes it'll be good to have some skills but rather because another character forces him to. Then later on this basically backfires cause he faces a tough situation and his soldiers get injured but guess what, it makes absolutely zero difference to him. He's all like, i'm going to fight myself because it takes so much effort to train a soldier but then he himself hardly did any practice and at the end of that situation he isn't even like that he should have trained but instead just glad to make it through.

He has zero motivation to improve on anything, hell he doesn't even know the limit of his power which is basically assumed to be limitless till the random moment in combat it pops up that he's getting tired and he can only use it 3 times more, like what? its just really poor storytelling as well.

Anyways already said but TLDR: skip this series, it is a serious headache to read how little the protagonist himself cares what's going on in the plot, treating it like a literal simulation he can just save and load
