228 Chapters (Cancelled)

its like one of those stories where the main character is already strong from the start xDDD
reminded me of nobless
so awesome!!!!
Starts out kinda slow. In fact, I think I read like two or so chapters and stopped reading, but I picked it up again and I LOOOOVE it.
As someone mentioned already, once you enter the school part of the story, it starts picking up. I just love it when Rood's being strong and badass. At the same time, I find it funny how he pretends (barely) to not be strong at times.
It reads like a faster paced Crepuscule (Yamchi), although the plots are aren't really similar. (The only thing that's actually similar is the magic school aspect, I guess.)
This is a really good! Unfortunately it comes out biweekly and many of the chapters are short and leave you hanging. I like that there is plot development rather than just a one or two chapter story that suddenly jumps to a different topic. The main character is cute, but has that secret double-life which always leads to an interesting story. Can't wait to see how the story develops!
This is a great webtoon, but about 15 of the 30 chapters out right now feel like the author/artist was just playing around, trying to get their feet solidly on the ground. Once the school life arc kicks off, it really picks up, but until then you get very bogged down by the apparently random subplots and the art.
The main protagonist is great fun. He's the Only Sane Man among his original group, and has been bestowed with a generous dollop of common sense. Watching him delivering beatdowns is very satisfying in a sort of deep down "ahhh, justice" sort of manner.
I never knew that bi-weekly was another name for torture. It's like someone went into my brain, took out all my favorite things I wan't in a action manhwa and wrote about it....And then said I could only read it once every two weeks just to watch me cry 🙁
It has it's flaws; it's one of those stories where you understand it more after reading it twice, though not as bad as Kubera in this sense, and the story is kind of slow in the beginning. Regardless, my anticipation for Fridays have increased tenfold.
Update: It's weekly now so all is right with the world. Happy Wednesdays everybody!
This is a Great new Webtoon, i believe it has the potential to be rated alongside other great webtoons like ToG, Noblesse, Magician etc
I love the MC, he is strong and so far the plot has been flowing really well....had me quite gripped from chapter 1 - 29 all in a span of 1 day
Recommended!
In the beginning I thought the story was not that exciting, but it was actually to build a background knowledge before a more interesting story is being revealed and it gets really interesting once it reaches around chapter 25!
So bear with it for a moment and if you don't like it once you reach chapter 25 then this manhwa is not for you!
