I honestly don't see why people are freaking out. It was actually kind of cute, in all honesty. The separate stories were kind of confusing just because all the characters look similar, but besides that it was fine. Really now.

Edit -- I reread it and I just don't know why I liked it in 2013, when I first commented. It was confusing, disorganized, and -- frankly -- kinda stupid. I mean, how WEAK can you get? She totally just hung around with a total jerk who we all know didn't actually love her. The only emotions in that situation were hers and they were fairly shallow. Not recommended.

why does this stupid girl cling onto a thief that goes around sleeping with random women? he even tells her he wont be faithful, why does she still want him?

The first story is so stupid it makes your brain melt. I managed to bear with the first two chapters before I deleted it in frustration. 2/10 is really rather high for a manga like this, but I'm giving it 2 because the art was quite pretty, albeit not at all unique.

First of all, the story. I suppose I shouldn't have expected much when I read the synopsis, but I thought it might be cute. Instead, it made me want to tear my hair out. A young, good-looking jewel thief tries to steal the Ruri's "Doll's Eye", and snags her heart in the process. It took one kiss for the girl to fall deeply in love with him, to the point where she covered for him, let him go, and cried when she thought he was shot down. Huh? She's promptly hung up over him even when he leaves to seduce other women, and the rest is presumably about her attempts to capture his heart so that he'd stay with her. Ridiculous.

I didn't expect much character depth or development in a story that only lasts three chapters, but there is none! Ruri evidently has no personality; she's simply there to fall in love with Kaitou Crow, who is obviously young and handsome, and a cheating ass. When they meet, bed scenes ensues. That's pretty much it.

Avoid this one, don't even bother try the first chapter. The sappy mindlessness is so potent that it may damage intelligent brains.

I don't know too. I saw only 3 chapters the next series this manga and it was in chinese. 🙁 I didn't understand any word. But in one of them Ruri has propably birthday and she thought thant Kaitou forgot about it. In the next one Kaitou simulated a teacher in her school (she was in heaven). However. Why anybody translate Motto~~Mayonaka no Jewel and Moto~~Motto~Mayonaka no Jewel? It would be the best solution. Shoujo Manga Maniac didn't translate these manga too.
