2 Volumes (Complete)

First impression: the art is awfully simple and mediocre. Despite that, I find the plot is so nice and worth reading. The opening health tip in each chapter is interesting to read, though not be taken seriously IMO.
It's annoying to see the female lead sleep with any guy who made the first move on her. But it left greater impact that Miku had no physical intimacy more than holding hands with the man who was so special to her. The story ended just like that with a glimpse of hope. Not a bad ending after all.
I seriously liked this manga. The protagonist was an egoistic, child-like person that always made the wrong choices. Well, she did changed through her relationship with the doctor. And I strictly believe that the mangaka want us to imagine the continuation of their relationship. The protagonist's past self didn't take seriously any relationship so the relationship with the doctor made her to realize that she is not a princess put an independent woman. I'd like to imagine that their relationship continues to the best though, but well this is just my wishful thinking.
I try to live healthy and probably that's why i liked the manga. The health advices drew my attention from the lack of quality 🙂
It's a nice journey of change for the main heroine, one that leads to a disappointing ending unfortunately.
But there were a few things she learned and i can't say the manga was a complete waste of time.
It's better than most.
I strongly disliked this manga. The art was not aesthetically pleasing, the main female character was absolutely awful, and the plot was awkward and dragged. The only reason I finished it at all was due to the fact that I was hoping her character would change however, she ended the same self-centered vapid person she started out as. The health-conscious preachy overtone wasn't appealing either.
I really really really liked it. Shame though about that many of the ideas about health can't be applied on men. 😀 I love how this author always is so damn straight forward.
I read it all in one sitting, when I told myself that I was just going to read a chapter or two. The truth is, it's different. The mangaka's message is blunt and simple. But after a chapter or two, you know where the love is going to be, contrary to the description from the scanlator's site.
An interesting josei with plenty of unusual health tips.. Pleasing, but nothing much really. A bit shaky on the ending and art.. The heroine annoys me a bit though..
Wonder y noone reviewed ths...its a bit of a journey to good health the organic way and also bit of romance for a mid twenties female...good for a reader sick of meaningless shoujos 😀
