hellook to the point , i am looking for a manga about a girl and boy deeply fall in love with each other but for some reason they cannot make it to be a couple , and its happen that they still can see/meet with each other one , and there is an ankward situation between them .for exampleBoku no Hatsukoi wo Kimi ni Sasagu 1w2u4q

Dengeki Daisy---there is no awkwardness thoug but they cannot make it as a couple even though they both love eachother.

I think you can look for incest manga (but not sexual 😛 ) like Jinbe or Koi Kaze (those 2 are really good even if you aren't in incest manga, you must try them ! 😀 )
Or maybe something like Koukou Debut

just looked through my lists and k might be stretching it here but wat about perhaps the following then
Cinderella Fella---guy clearly in love in with girl but cannot be with her because then he would have to give up his inheritance. we all know girl is in love with him but she doesn't realise this herself. There is a bit of awkwardness but only for the guy.
Crimson Hero--yup for sure this one goes with what you want. they cannot be a couple because wanna concentrate on spots, plus skul against, also do no want to hurt friend.... some awkwardness i think as well.
The One---the dude doesn't want the girl to get hurt so he doesn't want to get involved with her even though we the readers know this, the girl doesn't. Girl wants to get together but rejected. Also she has to focus on modelling.
Aishiteruze Baby--this one is awesome and it has what you want sort of, i guess because the dude needz to pay attention to the little kid he can't be together with the girl and the girl knows this and accepts it. You have probably read this.

surprisingly i find its very hard for me to understand an incest manga ( even w/o sexual content ) probably because of my background , but thank you anyway

Also, I think that is what the tag star crossed lovers means, but so far it doesn't have a lot of entries.
