No, what I mean is that at the beginning of the manga, the normal humans couldn't see shinigamis or hollows, but now for some reason they seem to be able to see both.

they can see them because they were turned into spiritual particle otherwise they couldn´t stay in the Soul Society. They are similar to the spirits now
