Masca, it's a manhwa and shoujo (there are humans, magicians - live about 1000 years and 'demons', immortals
Akuma to Dolce, the male MC isn't a vampire, but a demon. He raised an humans girl and later fall in love with her. Also a shoujo...

both are complete

Immortal Rain

I second this one, very strongly recommended! Immortality is probably the main theme of this manga, and it gets very serious and deep around 7 volumes in until the end. The first few volumes are lighter and just fun (a bit shounen-ish) but the second half of the series was really moving for me!

Don't read the spoiler if you don't want to be spoiled, it gives away one of the bigger high-impact revelations/plot-twists of the series!!!

There are two immortal characters. One is 'immortal' in the sense that he does die like a normal human but is always reborn with all of his memories intact, and so re all of his lives back to the beginning of time, and has a lot of suffering due to the fact that everyone he's love in that time has died and he can't get close to anyone because he knows that in the end they'll die and he'll and only suffer from losing them.
So, that guy does 2 crazy things: (1) He uses some crazy part-science, part-magic/religious method he has developed over several lifetimes of study, and makes the body of his best friend in the current life immortal. (2) He decides that the next time he's reborn, he will destroy the world so that there will be no woman left to give birth to him, so he can finally stop being reborn. He tells his best friend something like "You will live forever, so you will understand my pain. Every time I'm reborn, you must find me wherever I am and you must kill me, or I will destroy the world. When you finally suffer as much as I have you will come to understand my way of thinking, and in that lifetime we'll destroy the world together." However the friend who was made immortal (the main character of the series, btw) is an idealist and wants to save both the world and his friend.

Seconding Immortal Rain and Kieli.

Also, there is the EPIC anime Baccano!
(manga version : Baccano! 1931 The Grand Punk Railroad which I did not read.)

And, depending on your definition of "vampires", the anime Blood+ might fit. (also epic.)

Seconding Dear and third Immortal Rain and Kieli!

Also recommend:
Claymore - immortal because they've been combined with demons
Dogs - main guy can't be killed because of human experiments
Kamisama Hajimemashita - demons
Dean Wonderland - not immortal in the sense of never aging but the girl can't be killed
Mugen no Juunin - samurai manga w/ immortal main character
Aphorism - one character has an immortality power
Shikabane Hime - zombies instead of vampire...eh, well I guess they're dead already so technically not immortal
