The secondary couple (pictured in the page image) in Konoyo Ibun fit this dynamic, I think. I can’t which volume starts their story but they actually get more page time than the “main” couple.

And I love Soredemo, Yasashii Koi o Suru, so I’m counting it on a technicality for “clumsy” because there’s a bit with the older uke accidentally knocking over an entire row of bikes. 😉
