he's not the only one. maybe he's just following the trend. most shounens have a bit of romance in them nowadays. dragonball, flame of recca, yuyu hakusho, bleach, prince of tennis to name a few 224e5v

Dragonball has romance? I though it was purely on fighting. Also, Prince of Tennis has no romance, in my own point of view. The girl just ired Ryoma, who is always preoccupied with TENNIS!
Looking for seijin genre, like: 1+2=Paradise, Manga Bangaichi and Lemon People.

It wasn't that romantic, unlike Sakura crying over Sasuke when he was about to leave Konoha.

I would be really happy if Kishimoto made fated couples come together like narutoxhinata sakuraxsasuke stuff like that. It would be really nice... but I agree that since this IS a shounen, he shouldn't focus a lot of attention on the romance and keep to the action and main story. It would make a lot of shoujo-readers-reading-Naruto happy though!! <3 Sakura and Sasuke forever! 😁

I used to think that /maybe/ Sakura and Sasuke ahd a chance together, but with the hints in the recent manga chapters, I'm beginning to believe that she's going to hook up with Naruto. 🙁

I never really thought of Sasuke as cold. There is a reason to that madness that I don't really feel like sharing.
I guess you could say that the three are a love triangle. But if Sasuke want to revive the Uchiha clan, then he's gonna need some help.

i actually prefer SasuNaru (their relationship is definitely more deep than SasuSaku, imo in a great majority of shounen the boyxboy relationships are deeper then boyxgirl), but i think NaruSaku would be much more logical than SasuSaku.
although i can imagine Kishimoto making a time-skiping epilogue with Sasuke and Sakura and their children.
