Hey! 2g4s2s
Looking for some excellent world building mangas with fantasy and supernatural elements. You know a world of different species/creatures, strange places, unique abilities, etc... Good cast of characters with good plot.
No to shojo, and BL/GL theme mangas. No annoying leads please! (You know the one who preach about peace, friendship and an ideal world). No idiotic or stupid lead as well! If possible no usual shonen...
A manga full of fantasy which reflects creativity and an excellent world building! Of course the plot should be equally good as well 🙂 Something really good ... My lists are public so please check them out ^^
Thanks! 🙂

KATOU Kotono's Shoukoku no Altair might match your taste.
It's a historical Shounen set in an alternate world. The story revolves mostly around political and strategic battles, and it shows some parallels to European politics right before the First World War; but I have to it that I have seldom seen such thorough alternate-world building before. The cultural background is diverse and complex, the plot intriguing. I also like the mangaka's elaborate art style.
However, if your emphasis lies on the fantastic end, this series won't work for you. The setting is too close to the historical Middle East to allow any major fantastic elements. So, only if you're fine with less fantasy and more world-building, will you appreciate this great series.

- Blood Alone by TAKANO Masayuki
- Otoyomegatari by MORI Kaoru

Hmm, you already have Tower of God in your list.
My personal favourite world right now is the one in Kubera. 8 Sura species divided into 4 generations, 3 types of Gods, humans, Halfs and Quarters, with different alliances, enmities, and individuals with their own agenda, and a really messed up history. You only discover all this slowly though, through the personal recollections of the characters (which makes it more vivid, in fact). Some deceptively simple rules and designs fundamentally affect the world, plot as well as the characters on a personal level.
You may find the main character annoying at first, but in fact the series has 10 main characters (and many more important side characters), so if you treat her as just one of many main characters, the others certainly Aren't preaching about peace and justice (and the main character seems heading for living hell anyway).
Apart from that, seconding Dorohedoro (original mindfuck world), Maoyuu Maou Yuusha - "Kono Watashi no Mono Tonare, Yuusha yo" "Kotowaru!" (races are pretty typical, but the plot is not), Sengoku Youko and maybe Centaur no Nayami (not sure if you're looking for slice of life. The first chapter is pretty ecchi, but it becomes considerably more tame afterwards).
Apart from that, stuff with standard RPG stuff (but they can be written pretty well):
- Gate - Jietai Kare no Chi nite, Kaku Tatakeri - Modern military vs fantasy medieval military, it's a massacre xD
- The Legendary Moonlight Sculptor (Novel) - if you don't mind novels, this novel is even more vivid than most manga. I usually don't read novels online, but I make a big exception for this one.
- Magician
- 1/2 Prince - starts super awesome, but degenerates later on. Get the most out of it, then drop it as soon as it starts to feel annoying.
- Fantasy World Survival - much darker view of RPG worlds
- The gamer - very new, we'll have to wait to see where it heads
Other stuff:
- Natsume Yuujinchou - guy can see the spiritual world
- Hyakki Yakoushou - same-ish as above (they're both interesting)
- Flow - people with abilities based on their uh... spiritual animals of sort (not really, but something like that)
- A Thousand Years Ninetails - Fox demons and other mythological beings
- S.I.D. - Supernatural Investigation Department - what it says. Ghosts and stuff.
