NO ECCHI!NO YAOI! 5o1l48

Don't ask me why, just feel like reading some right now, depite my efforts to avoid them usually. My requirement is that it's beautiful. I don't want all those long dramas, comedies, etc. As for what's "beautiful", I'll leave that to your judgement. Mostly looking for oneshots and short stories. Preferably fantasy or supernatural, but doesn't have to be.

TRY to avoid manhwa please. In fact, I prefer manga altogether. I'll take whatever right now, but manhwas and manghuas... To say the least, Japanese names sound best in English.

Stuff like:
1/11
Akai Sato no Tengu
Boku no Kan de Bansan wo
Kon no Ki Konoha
Rasen no Kioku
Usotsuki Mii-kun to Kowareta Maa-chan
Without the Sun

Not marked as tragedies, but also okay:
Mirai no Football
Magic

On a side note, I'm looking for a manga about this guy who went to live in his dead girlfriend's apartment. Some sort of exorcist came, and one way or another he finally got over his girlfriend's death. It might have been part of another manga or an oneshot. I do think if it's part of a manga it's the first chapter.

Thanks!

I can't help with your second request :c

But for the first one, I recommend you Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan. It's only 8 chapters long and I find it beatifully tragic.

Thanks... But I've already read it. Well to be honest, don't really much of it, guess I might as well go reread.

Is 7 volumes too long? If not, here you are: SaiKano. It contains explicit content with which you may not be satisfied, however.
Byousoku 5 Centimeters may not be considered as 'tragedy' but it's sad, beautifully sad of course. (Although the manga is good, I recommend you to watch the anime which is much, much better and beautiful)
Not such tragedy but highly recommended for being emotional: Kami-sama ga Uso o Tsuku

I second this! It's bittersweet and not exactly a tragedy but beautiful nevertheless. The first one that came to mind was Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan. And Kanojo no Namida ga Yuki da Toshitara came second after that.

Also:
Tsuki no Waltz 2nd story

I have postend in similar threads before. That's why, to avoid bringing my recommendations up again, I will just place a link to the thread here, which has been the most interesting in my eyes. Maybe it will be of use for you ...

Tragedies with a satisfying ending

To you, the immortal is great! It's not completed yet but the first few chapters break your heart 🙁 the art and plot are both beautiful and it has fantasy in it! I think you'll love it 🙂
