Ecchi as defined on MU is a kind of fanservice. In common usage it's a depiction of light sexuality without showing sexual intercourse. Abuse scenes in Jisatsutou (mature content) have nothing to do with ecchiness. Whoever stated the ecchi tag - that should have re-read the genre definition twice.
