Quote from Kraust

I'm deathly afraid of Korean dramas, and I'm saying this after having seen enough of their series to be satisfied with the conclusion that I should stay as far away from them as possible.

In Korean dramas everything is super melodramatic. Someone is always catching some kind of terminal illness, as if the bubonic plague has hit and is spreading at an incredible rate throughout the population. Sometimes it seems like any one series can't go on for ten minutes without someone (or everyone) bawling their eyes out to the point that it becomes ridiculous and I have to start counting the moments in between the wailing and the "dieing in my arms" scenes.

When someone cries am I suppose to burst out laughing? That's what Korean dramas have done to my reactions; completely fugged it up.

I also find Korean characters to be too stupid to live. They create senseless misunderstandings that could have been easily resolved if the characters didn't insist so much on being a tragedy case.

Cheesy, corny... I'm sure there are plenty of words along those lines to describe Korean dramas. Let me go find a thesaurus... so that I can beat the producers senseless with it for making the shows.

the melodrama is what makes them so great 😃

I've seen so many korean dramas that if I listed them..you don't wanna know. But yeah, I like korean dramas more than jap or ch or tw ones. It has a lot of romance lovey dovey ones xD While Jap ones are more of a comedic romance, more comedy than romance(this only applies to the ones I've watched). And taiwanese ones are good too, just a different kind of romantic. But here are some of the korean ones i've watched( 🙁 I was rambling)
-Goong
-Goong S
-Full House
-My Girl
-Who Are You?
-Three Dads One Mom
-Pretty In-Soon
-Sweet 18
-18 vs 29
-Smile Again
-Bad Love
-1% of Anything
-Glass Slippers (it made me cry 🙁 )
