Your lists are not public, so here are a few romance manga featuring male main characters that I hope are new to you as well.

Fujimi Lovers Not quite shoujo, but a romance manga with a few sad elements. The devoted main character made the manga a personal favourite.

Akatsuki no Yona.

Aishiteruze Baby A fairly old one, though the romance is overshadowed by the guardian-child relationship.

Machida-kun no Sekai Something wholesome to read on off days.

Last Game Perhaps more in line with your request.

Seishun Kouryakuhon Same as above.

I'd also throw Full Dozer out there........though as I it's kind of a split, a female mc as well as a male mc. But yeah, shoujo romance.
