For me this didn't work too well, but I can't say it is a total failure either.
The plot is not very interesting or captivating and the relationship between the main characters felt forced to me. They were both pretty cute, but they didn't have a great chemistry. The step-brother and the manager expressed more natural feelings and had a reason for them, the MCs were there just to be there.
The art is ok, not great, but not bad. What I love are the chibis, those are really adorable and the most expressive 🙂.

I cannot say anything bad about this manga, it was sweet, had storyline, and the characters were endearing. Not only that it's a quick read, there's no reason not to pick it up.

Absolutely adorable xD i thoroughly enjoyed reading this, the characters are attractive in their personalities ( and the way they are drawn ), the story is very cute but remains interesting throughout. In all honesty i didnt expect a lot based on the description of the series, i thought it would be another stereotypical cafe-style yaoi, but i was wrong. It was good, it was original at times and it was comfortable to read. I also love some of the humour :3 very good read.

with a twist, even. it's not much, but more than a lot of BL, where the romance is the only real plot going on. that was fun. i didn't think, however, that it was all that well paced. at the start, yes, but towards the end it started speeding up, and that's where IMO it needed to stay the course. my heart didn't even get time to speed up for poor miyagi's sake before the whole situation was already resolved.

but other than that it was sweet. kasuga is a very nice seme, despite being pushy. miyagi also doesn't waste a lot of time on denial, and while he protests a lot to start with, he never gets annoying. tsunoda's art has also gotten more sure by this time, but it's still not awe-inspiring. nice bodies, though.

A Fun, Romantic and Fast-Paced Story

The plotting and pacing is great! The tension of the audience knowing a hint of something 'sinister' going on, while Miyagi--the ever innocent--knows nothing, is a super tension technique. This one always stays sweet and romantic; the tension and angst never last long or get explosive, but it kept me captivating from beginning to end. There was a bit of moralizing in the story, but it never bothered me or felt heavy-handed.

The artwork is easy on the eyes and expressive, but not shockingly amazing-- only adequate.

Both characters are very sweet: Kasuga is down-to-earth, well-adjusted, romantic and in complete control of himself while trying to loving toward the one he loves. The secret gives his character that bit of alluring mystery as well. Miyagi is like an innocent, trusting child.

All in all, it's a very sweet, romantic and well-paced story.

This was a pretty cute manga. It was a little sad at some parts, but not extremely so. My heart went out to Miyagi; things weren't exactly stellar for him. >< One of the things that got me though, was that I was actually caught off guard with Kusaga's announcement! Usually manga are really predictable. But anyways, everything turned out well in the end, and I think that if it were to continue, it would be Miyagi who took over the business in the future. ^_^ But the best part of the manga for me was the little extra at the end. It was cute and FUNNY! XD
