Are there any rated 10(10 rating/excellent manga) that has been localized in North America and being release very slow by scanlation groups or never being scanlated? 2o2ab
I buy books from borders and amazon. Hoping for the books availability and deal 😀

Well, it's... really opinion whether a manga/manwha is rated 10 out of 10. Whose rating were you looking for? MU's or something else's like Tokyopop?
If you went to, for example, Tokyopop's site, you could look up the "Most Popular" manga, and then look for it on MU to see if it's scanlated (or halted). Then order it on borders/amazon.

You could also try the ALA Book Lists or any online searches (whether they be awards or review sites). 😉

@Saons
Actually manga and manhwa that have gotten a lot of 10 rating in MU works for me.
personally, I hate tokyopop. They're the same kind as ADV manga. Manga that I've been buying are being drop mindlessly. Yenpress started to do the same but I still trust them in delivering complete manga instead discontinued it.
@CatzCradle
I will try take a look on that site. Hopefully I will find something though most review sites I found had reviewed manga/manhwa that are quite popular and been released by scanlation.
