Hmm... I just read Romance from the Thumb, and SD made a credit page out of that image. It might be from Romance from the Thumb, but you have to ask SD if it is. 😀

I looked through some of SD's works... it might be Kiss/Hug, but not too sure...

I agree, if not Romance from the Thumb maybe same author. The art matches.

Does the art really match romance from the thumb?? Cuz I went to look at the cover page of romance from the thumb they have on MU, and the girl looks really different... But I dunno...
Well, it might be a page made of different manga, the guy sitting in the floor is deffinitively drawn by TSUBAKI Izumi

It might seem out of the blue, but it looks kinda like La Corda D'Oro doesn't it? Their hair colors and hair styles and everything, but it's probably not.

I think it looks alot like Kahoko, Tsuchiyura and Tuskimori from la corda. If you look close, you can tell its not La corda, But it does have a close resemblance. The only difference would be Tsuchiyura and Tsukimori's facial expressions.
