When I don't have to wake up early, around 10, but always before 11. 3sj61

In between 6 and 9. I'm a morning person through and through. Even if I want to sleep in, it doesn't work out unless I'm /extremely/ tired. However, I can't handle staying up too late in turn. By 10 PM my eyelids are like bricks.

On school days I wake up at 7 o'clock with only a little less than hour to get ready and go to the bus stop. Other days I sleep in for a long time but not past noon.

Night owl > early bird.

Somehow it's usually between 9-10am unless I'm having a long dream, in which case I get up around 11am. Once I've woken up, I hate lying around in bed or else I'll get a headache.

It's like I've been programmed to get up before noon. Even if I go to bed at 8-9am, I'll still wake up an hour or two later...

Well, i seem to have a pattern to me waking up: It depends on how much soda I drink the prior day... 1 soda I wake up around 8-10 AM, 2-3 sodas around 10-11 AM, 4-7 around 12-3 PM, 8+ around 3-6PM. I was bored enough to keep note of this, don't ask, we all have one REALLY weird thing xD

Between 11-12...but really the chances I have of doing this is so far and few that I think that if I had the chance to sleep in that much I would just stay in bed all day 🤣

The time I wake up varies according to the previous day. But I mostly wake up between 8:30-9:30

Quote from silencer

I have been sleeping from 11:30Pm-0Am to 9:00-10:00Am for a month, sleeping in the morning feels unexpectedly good, lolz i think i'm being taller.

Quote from Terpsichore

Around the clock. I wake up at different hours every day, Though more commonly during the night. For unknown reasons, I no longer have a functioning body clock.

Yes, 25 doctors and counting have tried to fix that little problem.

😲 That is serious, it's a type of Circadian rhythm sleep disorders, [the intrinsic type](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Circadian_rhythm_sleep_disorder).

Your symptoms suggest that it's inclined to Irregular sleep-wake pattern, but after noticing that you have been receiving treatments from 25 (+?) doctors 😲 🙁 and considering you wake up more frequently at night, my diagnosis is : 😮 your original problem is the delayed sleep-phase disorder (it's just a reference, you don't need to read all of it,read the part that you feel like) moderate-severe delay (like many people with sleep disorder, they find it very difficult to wake up in time for a typical school or work day but feel alert at night).

Quote from wikipedia

DSPS is frequently misdiagnosed or dismissed. It has been named as one of the sleep disorders most commonly misdiagnosed as a primary psychiatric disorder.Practitioners of sleep medicine point out the dismally low rate of accurate diagnosis of the disorder, and have often asked for better physician education on sleep disorders

Well, i think you have undergone most of the treatments stated in wiki, thus what left is up to you, playing sport, reading, try to do anything that can exhaust you physically and mentally when it's the right time to sleep (9-12pm) 🙂 . Don't hope to be able to sleep normally in the first several days/weeks, but i think gradually it can help, definitely, because human can create their new biological clock if the old one is broken 😮 in a long period.

Finally,i don't know / care much about medical treatments, and just got interested in this "sleep disorder" stuffs some minutes ago, so, don't trust me entirely (in case you do o___o), instead believe in yourself that you can do it.
Edit: or you are actually a vampire... 😐

Very delayed reply XP

-The doctors I saw were mostly specialists in sleep and cicadian rhythm. However, most doctors are focused on sleep apnea (not breathing at night), and have little to offer patients with serious insomnia problems.
-It was much more serious than delayed sleep phase - a completely non-linear circadian rhythm . My doctors began to compare to the way bipolar works by swinging patients through rapid mood cycles.
-Many patients benefit from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (changing routines/lifestyle). However, this will not work for a patient who has more serious problems. Neither does sleep hygiene (such as avoiding food/exercise before bed).

Guess what the diagnosis was?
Sunlight allergy.
I also don't absorb vitamins and minerals properly,
so I am anemic...
Yup. Vampire 🤣

So long as I stay away from the sun and exposure to blue-light, and take my vitamins/iron, then my sleep schedule is a reasonably stable 6am - 4pm. There isn't anything I can do about hormonal swings which affect my sleep, however.
