The uke's childhood friend, (who was a girl) that he hadn't seen in a while s him, saying that she had turned into a guy. After they meet, the "childhood friend", who is the seme, says something along the lines of wanting to have sex with a guy the other way around, and the uke and the seme have sex. One day, the uke hears the seme and a girl arguing, who ends up to be the real childhood friend, and it turns out that the seme was just the real childhood friend's cousin.
