I only really like to start manga that are finished or are close to finishing. I love Urasawa's other work so I've been wanting to check this series out for some time. Is it ending anytime soon?. g6v6u

There has been no official word on the intended length so it is anyone guess when obviously not Micky Maus will end. There are no signs of it ending in the next volume (19) as material for Vol. 18 has just been completed and he usually starts a new series when his main ongoing enters it´s final phase which hasn´t happened either.

Chapter 149 just revealed that next year´s arc will start a countdown to the finale. Urasawas´s last arcs always took their time so it may not end next year but the likelihood that it will is now pretty high.
