Shiawase Kissa Sanchoume! It literally has "happy" in its title. Ok, some drama will happen between the main male character and his past. But, the main heroine knows how to put a smile on your face and tries her best for others. (In spite of her strength, she is slow sometimes to some of her surroundings. It's cute slowness though. 😀 )

Hitoribocchi wa Samishikute maybe? I reading all of it and feeling that it was just...very lighthearted. It has a feeling of freedom and light heartedness around it. Any thing sad that happens is quickly resolved by the gf & bf.
Love So Life There are some sad parts, but they are minor and usually resolved using the cuteness power of the twins and the uncle. Some romance...
Carat! maybe? It's a comedy/parody...
Usotsuki Lily Comedy. It also makes fun of some shoujo tropes. Fairly episodic. The main couple is hilarious.
