Hi! So i wanted to see the mangas and because you simply can't bring yourself to finish. 471i5o
In my case this are the mangas that i simply lost interest or let's say i hate the heroines:
Heroine Shikkaku : i hate heroines that are treated like trash by the male lead and they still love him, and she is a terrible heroine.
Uwasa no Midori-kun!! : same case, she gave her virginity so quick and easy to this guy and he is a jerk, and of course she still have feelings for him even when he is her rival.
Sorry if I offended someone that like this mangas. 😐

Hmm.. The topic and the first line of OP are the opposite of each other.
Shoujo/Josei that you can bring yourself to finish VS the mangas you simply can't bring yourself to finish.
You might want to clarify that up a bit.

I could usually finish reading any manga that I've started till I encountered this title. So Life changing. For the first time in forever I have finally seen a book not worth wasting time and effort on. I was actually able to read A LOT of chapters in hopes of improvement but it was futile. There are repetitive damsel in distress scenes. Every guy out there is gonna go get the foolish heroine because pheromones ( ̄ー ̄) The scenes past the beginning here are just like the heroine: Thoroughly abused and boring. This got me started on looking out for manga with level headed protagonists and reduced my high tolerance for ditzy unlovable characters.

In a Bad Way
Kaze to Ki no Uta
It's not that I dislike them, and I do want to finish them, but The Wallflower just got so repetitive and the plot was going nowhere. I'm trying to like Kare Kano, I'm only in the 2nd volume, but I keep putting it down and not picking it back up. I trust that it gets better but there is always something more appealing to read. I read to vol. 5 of Kaze to Ki no Uta, and Gilbert's harrowing story just broke my heart. It's not entirely scanlated, so maybe I'll wait until then to resume.
In a Good Way
Hapi Mari
I don't want to finish them because then they'll be over. 😢 Now it's been so long that I'll have to start from the beginning. What a chore. 😁
Can't Bring Myself to Start
Nana - I want to read it to see why it was so popular, but I already know that there's not likely to be a conclusive ending, and I don't see the point in setting myself up for that frustration.

Totally understand! It seems so popular, but it never holds my attention. It's still on my On Hold list though - maybe someday.
Here's my lengthy list... some I actively disliked and others just bored me.
Anata ni Hana o Sasagemashou
Anata to Senya Ichiya
Baby Pop
Barajou no Kiss
Biju ga Yajuu
Boku wa Imouto ni Koi wo Suru
Darling wa Namamono ni Tsuki
Do Not Fight (this one was because of bad translation I think, can't )
Full House (also bad translation I think)
Good Morning Call
H3 School!
Heroine Shikkaku
Hot Gimmick
Houou Gakuen Misoragumi
Imadoki
Kimi ni Todoke
Kiss/Hug
Love Monster
Lovely Complex
Ohimesama no Yurikago
Ren-ai Shijou Shugi
Rockin' Heaven
Shinayaka ni Kizutsuite
W-Juliet
Waraenai Riyuu

I couldn't finish Dangeki Daisy. I just couldn't get into it. Read maybe 7 chapters before I gave up.
Ouran Host Club I keep meaning to finish, but I just can't seem to. I put it down (or change tabs) and totally forget about it. It got a little boring.
Oresama Teacher I got so confused on who was who that by chapter 50 I wasn't sure what was even happening. All the characters looked the same. I'm going to keep trying on this one because I do really like the story though (the parts I was keeping up on at least)

i dont read much shoujo but yaoi is pretty much male x male shoujo so it probably counts.
ps this is a mix with mostly romance of all kinds
because they're good:
Ouchou Haru no Yoi no Romance (i stopped with only 1 chapter left to go because the biggest question was left unanswered on purpose with an absolute guarantee that it wont be answered. ever.)
because they're bad:
Animal X (dear lord this is so boring and repetitive and i wish i had never even started it and wasted my time.)
because i got bored:
Soshite Boku wa Tohou ni Kureru
because i'm lazy:
Cheonnyeon Kumiho
other:
Honoo no Mirage (how do i even get started at this one? i need to buy a japanese history book just to understand important parts of the plot because im not gonna google things for 10 minutes every other page.)

Kara no Kyoukai - The Garden of Sinners, a total-badass heroine, not something like this.
Idea no Hana >> because it's boring. hell, this mangaka should not be even allowed to make fantasy manga. her previous fantasy manga is sooo boring and the conclusion is sooo half-heartedly.
Vampire Knight >> the heroine is dull. pull stop.
Zanbara! >> it's not like i hate it or what (i totally love the mangaka), i just cannot bear the development. seeing a broken friendship is not good for my heart.
Julius Visconti is still the best captain.

I'm pretty sure the whole point of her character (hence the title..) was that she was flawed and terrible. The male lead too.

The most recent one I can is Principal. I liked the story and art, but once I found where the story was going, I just couldn't continue reading it.

The first ones that come to mind would have to be Ore-sama Teacher. At some point, I just couldn't stand reading them anymore.

That makes me sad because it's one of my favorites. 🙁
For me, I'd have to go with Vampire Knight for shoujo. It just took too long to get anywhere, and then when it finally ended, I was ready to flip tables. Especially had a lot of gripe over Parfait's handling of the romance. I just didn't think the author understood what relationships are really about. I'm not saying she's never been in one, but it was like, her heroine couldn't be in a relationship where the guy had a past. Like, oh my god, he loved someone other than me?! Th- That just isn't right! I must cut him out as a romantic prospect and go on to someone else who will make me his FIRST love. Bah!

I am surprised that people are saying they don't like oresama teacher. To me, that is not even shoujo anymore lol... I am a big fan of sensei's work with both oresama and gekkan shoujo as one of my favourites. They are both just so laugh out loud funny and the expressions in both manga are just way too awesome.
As for Parfait Tic, I think the problem lies with the mangaka and her way of telling the story. It is the same with her current serialisation, "Aruitou"... The art is pretty, I really like how she draw the protag and the heroine's childhood friend but the story made me really annoyed. Like, I picked up Aruitou at first because from reading the first few chapters (first 2 chapters actually was really promising), I feel like I can 100% relate to the heroine about putting on a face, hiding your true self/pain etc... but iirc, from about chapter 8 onwards (i have read until about chapter 23 so far) I just want to smack her. real. good. It's not just the undeserving heroine... enough with that wallowing already, ALL of them. I wouldn't recommend it at all if you have never read it unless you are a masochist
Alot of shoujos to me are just for the art's sake, most plots are cliches, sometimes there's moments here and there and i find that is what kept me going, but like a really good one that ticks all the boxes is really hard imo
