I'm looking for the name of this manga I read a while back. The two leads were in the army; one was a sadistic commander and the other was his subordinate. 545n5j

I know in the first chapter that the sub goes to deliver a package to the commander but the guy isn't there. Instead, the sub finds a picture of the commander smiling because he apparently never does. The subordinate then starts masturbating to the photo only to have the commander walk in.
