There were two opposite sisters. Big sister was tall and a bit of a tomboy while little sister was a dancer, small, cute and popular. Their parents favored the little sister so big sister always had a bit of an inferior complex, even thought that she was adopted. In fact, she had talent in deg and fashion, she was kind and reliable, well-liked by everyone. One day during part-time work, she met a cool guy, who asked her out and had her appearance transformed. After wearing make up, fashionable clothes and a long black wig, she turned into a beauty, and totally took after a famous idol singer. This singer took a surgery before to have the looks like a top fashion designer. Later, this female designer appeared as an old friend of the mother. In the past, she entrusted her daughter to her friend and now she wanted to take her daughter back. Clearly, the big sister was the adopted child but the mother lied so that the little sister could go with a rich mother.

It took some mental and internet rummaging to find out, but I'm pretty sure you're thinking of Juhie Jurie. Unfortunately, the MU page has very little information. Hope this helps though.
