That no.5 is from Free! I don't exactly what episode but the art club were dragging Haru to the club.

That one is Free! Iwatobi Swim Club.
It's the first or second episode, I believe, because the boys wanted to make a poster to recruit people to their swimming club, and that's how the art club (people with glasses) discovered Haru (guy on the floor) and wanted him for their club.
