Yes, that's right, I'm looking for an INCOMPLETE romance manga, with the latest release less than 30 days ago. I really like the suspense of waiting for new releases(cliffhanger masochist) but I also want to know what happens next within a month. Any genre except hentai, smut, ecchi, etc, at least two volumes long, and no weak female leads.
Examples:
Horimiya
Hirunaka no Ryuusei
Love So Life
Taiyou no Ie
Dengeki Daisy
1/2 Prince - not quite but yay cliffhangers
Keishichou Tokuhanka 007
Ciel - waaay too cliffhangy 😀
Akatsuki no Yona
Sensei!
Kirikagohime to Mahoutsukai - 38 days, but... the cliffhanger!!!!
Thanks!
(Also if someone knows a way to search for this... much obliged)

Second Spirit Circle. Monthly, regularly released. Chapters are pretty short for a monthly manga, though (22/23 pages each)
EDIT: oh well, i totally skipped the 'romance' part. Spirit Circle has a subtle romance going, but it's not the focus.

Remembrance, a forsaken thing that revokes ignorance and leaves people in doubt, is my only redemption and solace deep within the cascade of white.
The evergreen trees speak of days long past when music mingled with the wind and sweet murmurs brushed our cheeks.

Last Game - Ongoing
There no more summary. Lol that was stupid of me. Deleted it anyways because i want to.
Anyway you could also give Oboreru Knife a try. Just read it some time yesterday the story's interesting. I'm not sure if it actually suits your taste but there you go.
Hope these helped. 🙂

Quote from Maoi_14
Though Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo is a bit hentai-ish but Its still a good read.
Ignore the comment about hentai-ish, he is talking about ecchi
btw, there is no point in copying the summary, just say a few words, he can read the whole thing just by clicking anyway.

Koe no Katachi is awesome! Sat on the wish list for a while. Glad I picked it up.
@OPL I actually started Okobore Hime to Entaku no Kishi look good. (that's up next)
@Maoi I've actually read Fukumenkei Noise looks really good. (that's up next #2)
@Lorska Your first post didn't quite catch my interest, but Mahou Tsukai no Yome is right up my weird little alley. I, too, now hope for great things. (also Chise is SO cute)
@Clare I'll take your advice about judging after the first 11 chapters of Noragami.
Back to reading~
EDIT: Fukumenkei Noise is REALLY good. Wow. Awesome!

Seconding Cheese in the Trap. My favorite shoujo-ish series in 'normal' setting.
7 Seeds is one of my favorite stories, however I'm not really reading it for the romance. It has a rather painful start at first, but this later becomes the foundation to some of the best group psychological development I've read Anywhere. If you want cliffhangers though, the anticipation for Arashi and Hana to be reunited is certainly agonizing. There's some surprising romance among the other characters, too.
Adding Basara from the same author. This one is completed, but there's a mountain of tension in here even though you don't have to wait for the next chapter.
I nearly added Nana, then I noticed the 'consistent releases'. Nana is on an agonizing hiatus. T_T
I might recommend Kubera. The romance takes a Long time to show up, and a Long time to build-up, but in Season 2 it accelerates until you find in free fall off a cliff. Except with weekly cliffhangers. It's a very strange feeling. Despite the long setup, the author Has said that romance is at the core of the story.
Also, Can't See Can't Hear But Love. It's the romance between a guy who turned blind, and a girl who's deaf. It's nice.
