Looking for manga that has a twist/twists that you never expected, can be a good or bad surprise. I am open minded to pretty much everything, but preferably a darker seinen-ish manga. Some examples to illustrate my point: cow
Ubel Blatt
Instead of Koinzell being the saviour and all that, he turns out to be the opposite. Also, the lances of betrayal being the true heroes.
One Piece
Ace dying and showing a darker side to the otherwise comedic series.
Aphorism
Innocent looking school turns out to be a bloodbath.
Usotsuki Mi-kun to Kowareta Ma-chan Totteoki no Uso
Mii-kun not being Mii-kun.
Full Metal Alchemist
Selim is Pride.

Pandora Hearts BUT, you can't take the story lightly, cause if you do, you will get lost or wont be able to measure the greatness and masterly of this story :3

Not a manga but Hakomari light novel has got the best twists I've ever experienced. I don't think there is anything at the same level of those twists.

Loolll, seconded. I dare say I'm not surprised by any twist, plot turn or unexpected event anymore.

Sometimes I think that about half of my manga recommendations here are Naoki Urasawa works.
I really recommend 20th Century Boys. It has lots of unexpected twists, I don't even know how many times I was looking at the page, completely shocked. And, of course, it's a masterpiece of a genius mangaka. Just stay away from spoilers.
Monster is also very good, but doesn't have so many twists.
