I read a manga some time ago and can't the title. Here's what I : i6x4k

-it was set in the 80s
-protagonist has long dark hair and bangs
-starts off on a man's wedding day. The pregnant priestess he was having an affair with hangs herself, subsequently gives birth to her child while she hangs.
-the man adopts the child, his new wife hates it
-fast forward, the family now has a biological daughter as well, both girls are in high school
-they treat the illegitimate child like crap. She is our evil protagonist. Won't even buy her new shoes.
-she causes her step sister to not be able to give a speech at the school (totally on purpose the crafty gal) and gives it in her place, taking her new shoes and glory.
-there's an arranged marriage for the favored daughter, our protagonist is jealous because she loves the guy
-she stages a near-sexual assault on the road home by a bunch of ruffians (by stage I mean she scared them off on her own, then had the brilliant idea to make herself look helpless in front of the guy she wants when she sees him coming down the road)
-gives him her virginity to prove to him that they didn't rape her. All apart art of her plan to snake him away
