Detective Conan Manga Goes on Hiatus Due to Creator's Surgery 3v6oc
Detective Conan (Case Closed) manga creator Gosho Aoyama is announcing in this year's 16th issue of Shogakukan's Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine on Wednesday that he has to put his serialization on an irregular schedule. He explained the sudden announcement by saying that he went to the hospital for an operation. He assured his fans that the surgery went as planned without incident, but he is staying in the hospital for a little while longer. 2y113z
He is tentatively leaving the hospital around this summer and plans to return to his regular serialization then. He added that he has been playing Kan Colle during his hospital stay. (In the art below the note, Conan castigates Aoyama for playing games, and urges him to get better soon.)

Oh my gosh, I hope he is okay, for his and the readers' sake. I want to know the truth of the Black Organization....
