I'm with a lot of people in saying that the series will most likely drag on. Kishi doesn't have the capacity to draw out a concise and evolving storyline like his brother. The time skip was done horribly, and everything after it has been crap. It will probably continue and continue.

I'd say the best way to end the series would be to have had Naruto die at some point before the final ending. Then continue on to follow all the other characters and their battles. Then when its all resolved they would give Naruto the title of the sixth Hokage in honor.

However that won't happen. And since Tsunade is still quite alive, I'm betting this isn't the final arc. The only way to pull off an effective Naruto becoming Hokage would be there were more arcs after this with time skips that led up to him becoming fit to be Hokage. With the lack of originality we've been seeing in Naruto though, I don't see it happening. There are many stories that pull off gradual time skips very well, but Naruto is terrible at it.

i want to see him fight when he's hokage.i truly want to see him fight like shikamaru or at least with a bit of strategy. it gets mad old just clone spam and then his one hit technique.

At first I would have said no to a question like this, but after the time skip when we find out that Garra became Kazekage, I began to feel that Naruto reaching his goal of becoming Hokage before the series ended was somewhat realistic at that point.

in 2015 we will watch Naruto: (insert random new season name) become Hokage and we will all go "Oh, yea, he wanted to become the Hogake, now I , yeah!!"

I am pretty sure they'll drag on to another new series featuring the new generation of shinobi ninja, youll probably see Naruto's head on the mountain, and they'll probably have flashback as to what happened before. Seeing how the author has dragged this series to 43 volumes. All that being said not being my most favorite manga, i still cant stop reading it in hopes to see some one important die. But yeah
He'll commit a sacrifice thatll get him recognised as a hokage, hell then dissapear or die.

Please this is how I see events playing out

Naruto dying and Sasuke being redeemed. Sasuke's redemption would lead to him fulfilling his "best friends" dream and protecting the village.

Why do I see things happening like this? Because every technique Naruto gets shaves years off his life in some way or another. At the rate he is going, Tsunande will outlive him. Also Kishi spent the most time developing Sasuke's character and lets face it, Sasuke has been the focal point of the series as of late.
