Kunisaki Izumo no Jijou
Has shounen-ai hints, but not too explicit haha, it is used a comedic trait overall.

Pretty good, although it only has one volume out so far and the group that scalantes it has a lot of gender-benders.

I second Penguin Kakumei - good comedy and drama, and characters with refreshing personalities.
No Side is great; the gender bending makes the protagonist a strong character.
Love Stage!! - shounen ai, really cute and really interesting.
Nicoichi - seinen comedy, quite good.
Return - great one, with a unique art style.

I should have said that xD lol oh well,
If you do that then make sure you exclude other things like "Hentai, Lolicon, Shotacon, Yuri, Yaoi, etc..." and other titles you don't want included in your search.
