I skim the important ones, but I don't usually bother for most things.

I usually don't read them. But if it's about finance or something important, I let out a big sigh and read the whole thing.

Not really. If they're pretty short (Say, Mangaupdates or Gaia) I'll skim them a bit, but they mostly follow the same format (we reserve the right to ban you if you break the rules, etc), and are just a large bit of legal jargon. If money is involved I'll also skim, just to make sure there is no "we reserve the right to take all your money/we have the right to give out your credit card info, etc", but otherwise I don't really care that much.

There's no point. Every TaC and EULA says basically the same thing: you annoy us, we cut you off. The agreement just gives them an easy out when you ask why.
