I was rereading Ouran High School Host Club, and when seeing Bossa Nova (Kasanoda), I realized I feel like reading manga where the scary looking Yakuza guy gets the girl in the end. Even better if the guy is actually a softy! 261m39

Akuma ga Kitarite - Its a one shot but it has an alternate story

Beast Master - i cant say the male lead is a yakuza. but hes definitely scary and people are scared of him

Hyakujuu Kingdom fits although there isn't actually any romance so much as heaps of UST and hints and warm fuzzy moments. It has everything else you could want though!
