Hi, I'm looking for a shounen manga, probably from the 90s but can't the title. 473a2e
Plot: Some high school boy has finally a date with the girl of his dreams, but on the fated day he has a traffic accident and falls into coma. For some reason his mind is transferred into a penguin and since she just loves penguins becomes her pet. From then on he tries to find a way to get back into his body and to hold off other people who are interested in the girl.
As one can guess it's mainly comedy.

must be it right. Only one I know of that has a penguin as transformation.
