It's not a romance manga but there is a good amount, that is 5-7th grade romance 'cause they are kids.

Well...There's a lot of random confessions thrown around and blushing in general, but the kissing and hugging kind of romance...not so much. This isn't your cup of tea if you prefer those "Stay by my side, I want to be with you foreeeeever!" kinds of stories.
