Well you could try Gokujou Twins. Even though it is a one-shot, it is good and funny. I know I've read some other ones before, but can't seem to any.

However
they are not twins, I think they are either half brothers or cousins but they look exactly alike and for a while one of them pretends that he's actually taken over the other's body to trick the main character cuz at first she doesn't realise they are two different people - if that makes sense.
Its really good, but it's also very popular so u might have already read it >_<
