Very long back, i read one manga in which..the protagonist is more interested in peeping and observing.. he peeps into holes ,small streets, and visually he peeps from every corner. every small hole or everything that can be seen or observed .
His habit is that. He cant get out of it. He likes it and enjoys it. Something like this.

Now I am looking to read it. i searched and did not get.
If any can help me in finding out it would be very nice.
