It say this manga ended at chapter 63 at volume 11
i check other manga sites and it say this chapter 63 was on volume 10 and they only had 10 volumes.
i don't think it was mistyping or such, because i check the wikipedia about the manga and it say this manga has 11 volumes(last volumes released in 9 december 2011)

i mean wtf ? is the chapter 63 is the last chapter and in volume 11 ?
but in many manga sites it say this was on volume 10.
I am confused.... 😕 or maybe the manga sites was wrong maybe they merged 2 volume to 1 volume

As far as I can tell chapter 58-63 is volume 11. But since the version I have (ed) is the magazine version I'm not sure... But yes, it ends with chapter 63.

This manga goes downhill after...
It's found out that the landlady the mc is in love with is actually already happily married to his boss. That one event caused the rest of the manga to be COMPLETE shit. He spends 50+ chapters pining after her and it shows her flirting with him, all for it to be ruined in 1 chapter.
