Most shoujo male leads are typical (if not princely, they tend to be naughty/ wild/ even abusive 🤢 ) , IMO, thus I have difficulties to recall... They feel the same to me. Anyway after some brainstorming, these leads are I like the most due to their uniqueness:
- Cain C. Hargreaves from God Child
- Maki from Himitsu
- En from usotsuki Lily
- Douglas from Miriam series
- I forgot his name because I read this manga long time ago, but he is the husband of Mariko from Yokohama Monogatari
- Tamaki from Ouran High School Host Club
- Sebastian from Kuroshitsuji
- Edward and Alphonse form FMA
... way too many! Love lots.

Usui from Kaichou wa Maid-sama - he's just perfect!!!
Takaomi from Oresama Teacher - i think he's a male lead? well he's important in the story but anyway, he's just loveable yet strong and handsome!

Kazuma from Faster than a Kiss. I just love everything about him! When Fumino asks him to marry her and take care of her and Teppei I love how he just says: "Yeah! I will!"
Also, Morita from Honey and Clover. I think he qualifies for a male lead or at least important character. He's hilarious, random, spontaneous and loves money. 😀

in basara - but not the lead, that other blonde guy, i think his name was Asagi, I liked him cause he was bad at first but then she changed him. that was sweet. I always tend to cheer for the not obvious chance in love triangles....
Fruits basket - Kyo. not obvious chance in love triangle again. But I liked him because he is a tsundere. Probably.
lovely complex - funny, sweet, didn't act like an idiot.
ouran high school host club - Hikaru. Or was that Kaoru?? tsundere again. and not obvious.... again.
cat street - not obvious... again and I liked like he always knew what she was thinking and vice versa.
omukae desu. - sweet, nice, good person, had sense of humor. And flegmatic - that's good too.
full moon wo sagashite - not obvious... again, tsundere, again.... lol.
hiiro no isu - there was one with black hair, and then one with white. I liked that one with white hair. I don't know the reason. he was nice too, a bit pityful... I just liked him 🙂
sonnan ja nee yo - there were her brothers and then another guy came, I like that one. his name was something like nimura, niwaza, or something. I liked that at first he was mean and so, but not for the reason he liked her (I think), and then he started to like her. somehow they got this partners in crime relationship. (in lovely complex was that too). I think they pretended to go out or something. ... my memory....
fakir from princess tutu. nuff said.
if there is an option between "to do" and "not to do", I will always choose the latter.

Natsume from Natsume Yuujinchou because he's a nice kid that is more preoccupied with doing things right and not worrying his guanrdians and friends than preoccupied about girls and romance.
Ashura from RG Veda, he's the god of destruction, 'nuff said
Keidai from NG Life because he's like your typical shojo lead, perfect in academics, sports, etc, and yet he's not perfect at all. He's over-dramatic, geeky, too ionate, goofy...
Hiruko from Yumekui Kenbun because he's a baku that eats people's nightmares and his character was tragic and intriguing
Riki from Honey Bitter He was a jerk in the past, but seems to have reformed, yet still has that bad-boy edge.

Lol it says shoujo, but I see a lot of shounen male leads mentioned here...
I don't read a lot of shoujo but I would have to say Kurosaki from Dengeki Daisy.

Siva from Hanatsukihime - he's smexy and has a sort of tsundere side.
Kedai from NG Life for the same reasons catandmouse likes him 🙂
Uruki/Rimudo from Fushigi Yuugi Genbu Kaiden because he's smexy, and tsundere, but also a little bit possessive and protective.
Natsume from Natsume Yuujinchou also because he's really nice.
Harvey from Kieli also has my vote. Smexy, dark past, tsundere, not to mention very protective and possesive.

Obviously, I choose Tsubaki of Koi Dano Ai Dano because he's my awesomely, perfectly fit, ideal male lead.
Runner up: Leo of Beast Master - too adorable, 'nuff said.

Tamaki from Ouran HHHC. His personality is more original than the average shoujo male leads out there. He's absolutely charming, gentle, romantic, childish and idiotic at the same time.

Kouichi from Cat Street - he really understands Keito
Hayama from Kodomo no Omocha - the little bad boy... just love him
Tsukasa from Hana Yori Dango - there is no other guy like him, xD
Syaoran from Cardcaptor Sakura - he is so cute when around Sakura
Macharu from Saruyama! - not your ordinary bishounen prince or womanizer, such a cute monkey baby
