I don't pay much attention to naruto but from time to time i catch up. I was wondering if I simply missed something that would make this line make sense. Tobi is a good boy. I see this posted at the end of comments or as peoples signature all the time and was wondering what this referred to other than Tobi being relatively Innocent and nice. 624n4n
