Do you peel apples before eating them?

This is a bit random but I often come across scenes in manga where the characters peel an apple before eating it. I don't know anyone who peels an apple before eating it, and I personally think the outside is the best part of an apple.

All because I recently saw that the longest running manga recently ended Sept 2016: Kochikame at a whopping 200 volumes.
There are other long-running manga that are at 117 volumes (Jojo), 94 volumes (Detective Conan), 184 volumes (Golgo 13), etc. Naruto ended at 72 volumes, and even now has a sequel.
When do you think enough is enough? I know some will say it depends on the story, chapter length, etc. but even then, the author may run out of ideas and the story will just drag. You'll start to wonder whether you'll still be alive when the series ends!

What are you most worried about concerning the adaption?

Topics you won´t read
Does a topic (not genre) exist that would be an immediate deal breaker for you if a manga or anime featured it. It´s easy to name "edgy content" but religion is for example another factor for people to be immediately repulsed.

Not watching anime adaptations
Most anime are based on something, in our case a manga you like. Are there criteria for you not watching adaptations (to completion) outside of production values or plain bad quality?

If it´s a movie/short series based on a long work
If the anime is basically identical to the manga
If the anime is too different from the manga
None of the above

Anime/manga games
These exist in droves. Most fall to the usual licensing shoves ware curse but good or at least decent ones exist too. Let´s assume that an anime or a manga you particularly like had one announced would you:

Have no interest

Reaction to live-action TV based on anime/manga
