Do not post in anyone's recruitment topic unless you are asking for information about the projects/group or requesting to the group

The previous edit implies the following, but now I am explicitly stating it so that the issue becomes clear.
Do not post on a group's recruitment thread saying that "we are already doing that series as a project" or the equivalent. You may them via their posted communication channels or via our pm system, but do not do so on the forums

It's been an unspoken rule for a while now, but keep it to one recruitment thread per group

This has been a rule since the beginning, but I guess we never wrote it here...You can only bump a topic once a week

As an extension of the forum rule on no buying/selling products on the forum, we are also not permitting the buying/selling of recruitment services such as providing raws, translators, etc
