That's an evident mistake. It's very likely that the person who made the entry wanted to list Erementar Gerad as a side story of Flag of Bluesky but he/she wasn't aware that doing so would also update FoB as a "Main Story" of Erementar Gerad (That's a very common error that people who is not very familiarized with M-U system make.)
For me, Flag of Bluesky looks more like a spin-off rather than a Side Story (in fact, I think that most manga sites name it like that) so I'll label it as such. Do you agree me or do you have something else on mind?
