I think it something by ODAGIRI Hotaru, most likely a shounen-ai. Dunno which on though, a lot of her characters look the same, maybe either Only the Ring Finger Knows or Invisible Boy. If you're really desperate, you should ask the scanlating group mochi*mochi since the pictures from their site...

Yeah, it looks like it's from ringfinger. maybe from one of the novels, although i have the 3 that are in english and that pic isn't in there anywhere so maybe she did an artbook and it's in there.
