I'm looking for a romance something like Chobits or World Embryo. Where the protagonists finds and helps a helpless girl, to find out later shes got awesome superpowers. I prefer a feeling like chobits or DearS, but if necessary it can be as dark as the twisted relationship in world embryo... but no worse, the protagonist can't be some power hungry jerk using her feelings as a tool to control her power... leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Neway I prefer shounen but if there is a reverse plot with a chick finding a guy like this I may give it a chance, so any genre will work. 60g6r

No yaoi/yuri... nothing againsts gays, but its not my cup of tea... and I prefer the protag to slowly develop complex feelings toward her like in chobits/dears, guess that's it, ty in advanced.

Unfortunately read both already, sekirei while good, doesn't really have the caretaker feel I'm looking for.... I do enjoy it tho. Elfen lied is a very good choice, but I think the relationship is pretty fed up.... very surprising manga, especially the ending...

Sorry about the list thing, I just made my on here less than a week ago and have been reading for 2 years religiously... my read list will be in the hundreds so I've been putting off making it >_>

As for recs Sora no otoshimono I've read up to the updates but I had forgotten about it, ty for reminding me about that series, it was extremely interesting and with great comedy if I right. Same for medaka box although I don't think it totally fits I'm glad someone went out on a limb to bring in the less likely occurence. Anedoki... thaaaank yoooouuu I don't think I've read it and ill give it a try thanks a ton for the recs. And saishuu.... I never read it before cuz that slightly gloom picture and the tragedy tag scared me away, my experience with elfen lied scarred me on this genre with that tag... anyway ill try the last 2 and ty again.

Oh and @red255, I'm looking for what was in the original post, my reply before said that while sekirei was a good manga it didn't fit.... basically I want hana to akuma but with a megasuperpower girl instead of demon dude...

Also, while also not on category with the topic, I LOVED to-love-ru... tis one of the best romance gags ever, still waiting on the next chap of darkness 🙂 .

You could try Itsuka Tenma no Kuro Usagi but it may be a bit too spastic.
