"Haise is Kaneki! No doubt! in the last chapter of Tokyo Ghoul, the head honcho of CCG tells Arima he'll leave the name to him! He means Kaneki's new name! Because the ghoul Kaneki Ken is dead, but the new half-ghoul is alive. Black Haired Kaneki is his human side, while White Haired Kaneki is his ghoul side. Haise has black and white hair showing Kaneki has accepted both sides of him and has fully become a half ghoul which he wasn't before. Kaneki is alive and well! Edit: He also looks exactly like Kaneki"

I'd like to add on this. In the recent chapter he was shown making food for Mutsuki but never eating it and in chapter 2 his RC level was 2753 which is significantly higher then the Quinckes'. I think a certain amount of memory loss happened too. Finally Chie the photographer is totally selling Sasaki's underwear to Tsukiyama.
That is a good theory and i had i similar idea(the food scene is real off) but i am not seeing it jet. But i will now keep reading with this in mind and look at his dialogue closely.

There is a lot of instances pointing to Haise as being Kaneki. but at the end of the day it's still just speculation. Although the clues are being placed left and right, it'll just be that until it's officially confirmed to be him.

I'd say there's a good chance you're right. In the original Arima, seemed disinterested in most things other than killing ghouls, but he seems to personally invested in some random investigator that came out of nowhere. However, would Arima and the rest of the CCG really let an SS ranked Ghoul like Kaneki even live, let alone operate freely within the CCG?

Not really, all it confirmed was that he may be Kaneki or may have a organ implant just like Kaneki did. If that was all that was needed to confirm someone is someone else then Rize was definitely Kaneki amirite?

Damn. I wanted the riddle to last longer but yes ch 7 seals the deal. Even Nishio(poor guy) wikia agrees. Why is this NOT Vol.15 again ?
