I'm wondering does anyone have any info in why this series got a rushed ending or canceled? I found the raw and the site that has them says they are complete at 11 chapters. I just want to know what happened since I know this series didn't look like it was going to end anytime soon. If it did get canceled which is likely then Japanese people(no offense) needs to get a new outlook on manga. 3ky4o

It seems this is incorrect, the series is still listed as on going on the Champion Red website. It is listed in both the January (19th) and February issues. There are; however, only two tankoban volumes for sale at the moment. Also, I believe there are currently only 9 chapters out until the 19th.

Of course, whoever edited the series may know something I don't. If anyone has any information proving the edit correct, link me. It'd be a shame if the series were ending anytime soon.

Edit: Looks like I was wrong, found the final chapter. It does have a date on the last page, maybe it's not over yet.

er.. if only i knew japanese then ill be able to know what is actually happening in the 11th chapter to see whether there is still more to come..

Nope, series is over. Not sure why it ended as soon as it did, but it seemed to have a lot of untapped potential and underused story aspects.

It was actually a "comicalization" of a light novel series, so it could just be a poor adaptation.

What a shame. Hope someone picks up the novels.

i searched this manga in onemanga.com, they have it 'till chapter 8, in manga helpers they havit 'till chapter 9, but it has a gap and that gap is the chapter 10 because they have the raw of the 11th chapter, and it seems to be the last one, two volumen's manga

bummer, i was really getting into this manga.

the artwork is one of the most amazing i have ever seen, off the top of my head i cant even think of any other manga's art that i liked more than this one, and the story was good enough too, dont see why it couldnt go longer. oh well, ill be following this guys work, so hopefully he comes out with something else soon...

so..this manga is really over? just when things were getting good? why? why do the jap population do that? there hasn't been an epic manga in forever, besides naruto...are all mangakas just...melting away? bleach started out awesome, its terrible now, the same goes for tenjou tenge, air gear, d-grayman..and so many others....all these mangas that had a prospect just....becomes dust in the wind..is there no love? 😔

It seems that the end is chapter 11 and a bit rushed.

It did feel rushed but then it didn't since the ending was ok even though we'll never find out who was the lady walking towards Akari and Senguu. The whole story could of been longer though, the mangaka could of made the plot longer since no many characters were introduced. But overall it was good might miss it

I believe that was Akari's mother (The little girl/The Head-Masters Daughter). In the last chapter (p21), she said "I'm sorry that I couldn't protect you until now, Akari. In the new would, with me in a more ideal form... I'd like to stay by you." Then the Head-Mater yelled, "I will protect... MY DAUGHTER AND MY GRANDCHILD!!"

So that's what i think at lest.
