Please don't read this You haven't read cage of Eden fully and are planning to read it, because I basically tell you how it ends and I don't want to ruin the experience.(Spoiler Alert) (Spoiler Alert) o4062

I know this is an older series that went from 2008-2013.. but does anyone feel like maybe cage of Eden was based on the American TV drama Lost which went from 2004 - 2010. It just seems so similar. A group of people crashed into an island from a plane. No one searched for them and they find strange creatures and eventually find out they were dead and wandering souls the whole time. I even thought it was ironic how both series has a character who can predict the future and they both have a doctor which everyone needs... Just wondering if anyone noticed the similarities and if they heard anything about the creator saying he was inspired by lost.. I know there's a possibility he was , but I wonder if he was ever confronted with it as well
