Sorata/Arashi from X/1999.
Come on, it it.... I rarely like straight couples, but they've got to be the best.
I live on yuri subtext in manga and usually hate the guys, but these are the couples that I'm actually rooting for. >_>

Hmmm, you know that's a tough one, I'd say Syaoran/Sakura from Card Captor Sakura but after Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles I don't like them any more.
So here are the ones I like, and be aware that I took 'best shoujo couple' to mean best couple in a shoujo manga, so there may be some f/f or m/m, also may not be canon.

Kokoro and Kippei from Aishiteru ze Baby. I'm not the hugest fan of shoujo titles and most of the ones I read are barely memorable but I loved that series.
